Hello!  My name is Gwen Steinagel and I have been living in the Berlin/Hamburg area for all of my life.  I have a mother, Patricia, and a younger brother, Brandon.  My family and I are very close.  We love to watch all kinds of sports, but especially, love to cheer on the Green and Gold. 

     I attended UW-Marathon County for two and a half years, and then I transferred to UW-Stevens Point.  I graduated in 2000 and immediately started substitute teaching in the Wausau School District.  In those eight years, I have had long-term substitute positions every year.  I have also taught a few years of summer school.  

     I feel extremely blessed to have been given this opportunity of teaching at St. Francis.  I look forward to influencing the lives of your children, and I'm sure that they will be doing the same for me.
