	KINDERGARTEN ROCKS!! Hello!! My name is Mrs. Gretchen Weber and I am the Kindergarten teacher here at Saint Francis Xavior Catholic School. I have been teaching for 12 years. However, this is my first year at SFXS. Prior to coming here, I taught Kindergarten in Tomahawk, Second Grade in MN and First Grade in the DC Everest School District. I am so happy to be back at my favorite grade level of all: KINDERGARTEN!! I have been married for 10 years to my wonderful husband Dave. I have a daughter Olive (2) and a son Wilson (9 months). I also have two beagle “babies” named Jobe and Frankie. I moved back to Merrill about 3 years ago to be close to my family and to raise my children in the same city where I grew up. Teaching at SFXS has very special meaning to me because I went through this grade school when I was young. I am a SFXS alum!! I spend most of my free time with my family. We have a cottage in Minocqua where we enjoy getting away for the weekend and “playing” outside. I also enjoy watching and cheering for the Packers—I am a die hard “Packer Backer”! And, of course, working with children and inspiring them to learn is a passion of mine. That is why I thank God that I have the opportunity to do this everyday at SFXS!
